MULTANI MITTI CLAY
Primarily Multani Mitti clay is used to reduce oiliness and lend a healthy glow to the skin.
What is it?
Multani mitti, meaning 'mud from Multan', is also popular as fuller's earth. Packed with minerals, fuller's earth primarily contains varying composition of hydrous aluminium silicates or clay minerals. Common components found in fuller's earth are montmorillonite, kaolinite, and attapulgite, including small amounts of other minerals like calcite, dolomite, and quartz. In some places, fuller's earth refers to calcium bentonite, altered volcanic ash which is mostly composed of montmorillonite.
- Multani Mitti Clay
- 1 wooden spoon
- 1 wooden stirrer
- 1 mixing jar with lid (no wasting unused product)
For Best Results: (If you have sensitive skin, test on a small area before attempting to apply all over the face)
- A little goes a long way and avoid mixing using any metal objects or bowls, to avoid changing the products molecular composition. Allow to harden before removal.
Avoid close contact with eye area.
- Minor redness may occur when removing, however this will clear up within a minutes or use a mild toner or rose water to speed up the process.
